Emirates Airlines seem to have some ambitious plans for the Zimbabwe market. They recently announced daily flights to Harare starting October 1st, 2012 as well as a dedicated freighter service that operates every Friday. They are currently in the process of setting up a bigger and more impressive office in the Avondale area. Once the DXB-LUN-HRE route has matured it will eventually be split with dedicated flights to both cities.

Actually the office on West Road has been open since late July. Its a nice place, though parking is a bit tight, though a step up from Mazowe Street.
